Shandong Binhua Group has introduced the 30,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide) equipment with international advanced level from South Korea to successfully drive once in a single day, yielding 27.5%, 35%, and 50% series of industrial products and refined products. According to reports, this is the first domestic palladium catalyst fluidized bed hydrogen peroxide device, which has broadened the field for the transformation and upgrading of Binhua Group.
The total investment of the project is 160 million yuan. The introduction of palladium catalyst fluidized bed ethyl hydrazine hydrogen peroxide production process has the characteristics of low investment, low consumption, high total yield, and good safety. The project can utilize the hydrogen produced by the Binhua Group's chlor-alkali plant to achieve a characteristic circular economy and comprehensive utilization of resources, which can increase the sales revenue of Binhua Group by more than RMB 36 million per year.
At present, the new plant is operating normally and is steadily increasing its production load according to a predetermined schedule.
