This type of water jet propeller adopts stainless steel as the material of the pump body and the inlet flow passage, and the impeller adopts duplex stainless steel. The strength and hardness of the latter is almost twice that of ordinary carbon steel. For multi-sand channels or shallow water channels that are easy to inhale pebbles, duplex stainless steel greatly improves the wear resistance of the impeller and the ability to resist the inhalation of stones. The design goal of the duplex stainless steel impeller is lifetime maintenance free.
The design efficiency of SD-HGD-PB255 mixed flow jet pump is more than 90%, the design efficiency of inlet flow passage is more than 90%, and the high efficiency of real ship propulsion is already in the forefront of China.
