First, the clutch slips or does not separate. Analysis of the causes of the failure includes:

1. There is oil stain on the friction plate or the friction plate is damaged. The treatment method is to clean the friction plate or replace the friction plate.

2. The separation bearing is pressed against the separating lever. The method of this treatment is to shorten the length of the push rod assembly push rod;

3, the release of the free stroke of the bearing is too large, this approach is to adjust the length of the push rod in the sub-pump assembly;

4. There is air in the oil circuit. The treatment is to drain the air inside the oil circuit.

Second, there are abnormal noises in the gearbox. The reasons for the failure are:

1, gear wear excessive or bearing damage, this approach is to replace the gear or replace the bearing;

2. There are sundries in the gearbox, and the method of disposal is to exclude debris.


Common faults and handling measures of lifting system:

First, when the gantry is tilted, it is not synchronized. The cause of the fault is analyzed because the strokes of the two tilt cylinders are inconsistent or the size of the cut-off hole at the fuel line pipe joint is inconsistent. The treatment method is to adjust the stroke of the two tilt cylinders and replace them with the same shutoff. Hole connector.

Second, the gantry cannot lift when empty. This is because the multi-valve overflow orifice is blocked. Clearing the multi-valve overflow orifice debris is all that is required.

Third, the fork gantry descends too fast. This is because the inlet port speed limit valve does not work. This only requires the repair of the speed limit valve.

Fourth, the fork gantry is automatically lowered. This is caused by the lack of hydraulic oil in the cylinder. The approach is to overhaul the multi-way valve and add hydraulic oil.


Brake system common faults and treatment methods:

The first and second rounds cannot be braked at the same time. The reasons for the failure are:

1. The gap between two brakes is not equal or the pipeline of the brake is blocked. This adjusts the gap between two brakes or clears the pipeline;

2. The brake drum has oil stains or distortions of the brake shoes. The treatment method is to remove oil stains or repair or replace brake shoes.

3, there is air in the brake pipe, the treatment method is to eliminate the brake pipe air.

Second, the hand brake failure, this may be due to the slackening of the hand brake wire, the treatment method is to adjust the tightness of the hand brake wire.

Third, the failure of braking, analysis of the causes of failure are:

1, brake drum and brake shoe clearance is too large, the method is to modulate the brake drum and brake shoe clearance;

2. Invalid brake master cylinder inlet and outlet fluid valves.

3, excessive friction brake pad wear, the treatment method is better friction plate;

4, the contact surface of the friction plate is not enough, the treatment method is to repair the friction plate.

Common faults and handling methods of steering system:

First, steering oil leakage, analysis of failure causes are:

1. Oil leakage from the joint surfaces (valve body, spacer, stator, rotor) of the steering gear. The method of this treatment is to replace the seal ring, clean the steering gear, joint surface, or better firm bolts;

2, the journal or the overflow valve seal ring damage, this treatment is relatively simple, is better at the journal and the relief valve at the seal ring;

3. The washers at the limit bolts are not flat. The way to handle this situation is to flatten the washers or better washers.

Second, steering failure, analysis of the causes of failure are:

1. The spring blade of the steering gear is broken or the pin shaft of the steering gear is broken and deformed, and the opening of the coupling may be broken or deformed. This method of treatment is better the spring plate, the pin shaft, and the coupling;

2, safety valve failure, the solution is to clean the safety valve, replace the spring;

3, steering cylinder leakage is too large, the treatment is to replace the seal or cylinder
