If the site does not have the construction conditions (such as the existence of insufficient ground flatness, unacceptable ground elevation, ground debris, etc.) or conditions The surface amount cannot meet the floor heating schedule. In this case, floor heating should not be performed.
2. During the construction of the heating project, the sub-collectors shall be horizontally fixed to the wall according to the drawing size requirements.
3. At the same time as the previous one, the polyphenylene slate is laid. The specific requirements are as follows:
3.1. Thickness × height = 20mm × 60mm (determined by Party A) benzene slats are installed along the perimeter of the indoor wall; toilets and indoor parts that do not conduct heat to the coils do not have boundary insulation.
3.2. The laying of 20mm thick benzene board is required to be flat and tightly lapped; toilets and kitchens shall be reserved for sanitary ware and kitchen counters according to the requirements of drawings and the actual situation on the site.

5, according to the requirements of the laying of floor heating pipe: floor heating pipe bending radius should not be less than 8 times the pipe diameter; in the laying of the straight pipe section set every 600mm plastic tie; bending pipe along the strike distance is not greater than 350mm plastic strap; laying S When the floor heating pipe or aluminum plastic pipe is used, two plastic tie straps should be set at the bending part. If there is a phenomenon of tilting, it needs to be fixed with a cement nail or flattened with a heavy object. In the bathroom and kitchen, no concrete nails should be used to fix the pipe to prevent damage. Waterproof layer.
6、Before connecting the floor heating pipe and the sub-collector, measure the connection size. Use a special pipe to cut the fracture. The section of the nozzle should be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe. The fracture should be trimmed and cleaned of debris and burrs. The pipe connection is a clamp type self-locking connection. After inserting the pipe head, tighten the lock nut.
7. After the installation is complete, perform a pressure test: connect the temporary water source at the water inlet, open the inlet ball valve, the drain ball valve, and fill the water to suppress the pressure after the water injection and exhaust to the outlet. Press the pump slowly with the manual pressure test pump. , Boost time is not less than 15 minutes, reaching the test pressure of 1.2Mpa, stop pressurization, 1 hour pressure does not leak, and afterwards make up to 0.6Mpa, 10 minutes pressure drop is not more than 0.05Mpa as qualified. This work must pass the self-test after passing the next process. It is necessary to record the pressure records in time and sign the inspection and acceptance by the supervisor.
8. After passing a pressure test, the concrete shall be filled with the pressure maintained at 0.6Mpa, and the heating system shall maintain this pressure during the concrete curing period for the next 48 hours. During the concrete filling process, damage to the outer wall of the warm pipe and the arrangement of the damaged warm floor pipe are avoided.
9. After the curing of the concrete filling layer is completed, it is necessary to conduct pressure in the second delivery phase. The specific steps of the program are performed according to the first pressure test procedure, and the procedures for submitting inspections are satisfactory.
