This displacement first actuates a microswitch, giving a signal of material. Then another micro switch acted to cut off the power of the micro motor and stop it from rotating. As long as the material level in the warehouse remains unchanged, this state will be maintained.

When the level drop detection blade loses its resistance, the detection mechanism relies on the spring tension to restore the original state. Control the micro-switching operation of the micro-motor power supply, so that the motor power rotation. Then another micro-switching action signals that as long as there is no material blocking the rotation of the sensing blade, this state will be maintained.

Sensitivity setting:

The sensitivity of the level switch output is divided into five levels. According to the needs of most users, it is adjusted to a gear with a large operating torque at the time of delivery, and generally does not need to be adjusted during application. If the measured medium is relatively light (such as plastic powder, etc.) when the required operating torque is small, it can be adjusted as needed. The specific adjustment method is as follows:

(1) Unscrew the top cover and remove the two fixing screws between the detection mechanism and the base;

(2) Pull out the detection mechanism and turn it over to find the bottom tension spring;

(3) Remove the hook of the tension spring on the bottom plate and hang it in the hole relatively close to the shaft;

(4) Put the movement back on the base, rotate the blades to align the shaft sleeve with the output shaft, and gently press in;

(5) Tighten the screws on both sides and allow it to pass after passing the power test.

The choice of the anti-rotation level gauge is because different occasions and different media have different requirements for the correct measurement of the material level. In order to use the anti-rotation level gauge correctly, we should pay attention to the following points in the purchase.

1. In order to adapt to the needs of some exudates or high adhesion materials (such as asphalt, concrete, etc.), the vertical installation on the top can be selected (the measurement depth can be more than 10 meters), users can choose to lengthen the soft, according to the different depth of measurement. Hard axis. When measuring depth is 1m, extra length of flexible shaft should be used. Hard extension shafts can be used when measuring depth ≤ 1 meter.

Note: Because there is no contact between the material and the level of the output shaft of the leveler during top mounting, there is very little malfunction during operation. If the installation location allows, vertical overhead installation should be used as far as possible.

3. Detection of blade specifications, the factory is generally based on the proportion of sand materials supporting. When the proportion of measured medium is light, larger blades should be used. When testing very light media such as wood fiber, special blades must be used.
