Zhongzhou company's production plan is scheduled for 2014

In early July, the first ship's 400,000-ton super large ore ship (VLOC) hatch cover produced by Jiangsu Zhongzhou Marine Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd., was successfully delivered, marking the company. The first battle in the field of super large hatch cover production was successful. As of the end of July this year, the company completed the delivery of 16,000 tons of hatch cover products, and is expected to deliver 30,000 tons of finished products throughout the year. At present, there are about 50,000 tons of hatch covers including six 400,000-ton VLOC hatch covers, and the production plan is scheduled for 2014.

While continuously improving the competitiveness of the main industry of ship-related steel structures such as hatch covers and segmentation modules, Zhongzhou will also focus on the production of petrochemical complete sets of equipment and environmentally-friendly dust-removing equipment, with high technical content and relatively high added value of products. The high non-ship steel structure product market is looking for new business opportunities and gradually transforming its current excess steel structure capacity.

In the future, Zhongzhou Company will actively develop domestic and foreign large-scale pressure vessel module production business and petrochemical complete equipment, environmental dust removal or desulfurization equipment steel structure business, and large-scale relying on the advantages of heavy-duty large-size wharf and steel and steel production. The pressure vessel module business realizes the transformation and upgrading of products and services.
