The 640,000-ton cracking gas compressor unit (H598) developed by Shenyang Blast Group for Sinopec Maoming Branch Company three years ago has been operating well. The output value of the processing after pulling has reached 100 billion yuan.
It is understood that in 2006, China's first large-scale ethylene project using independent innovation technology was raised in Maoming, and Shenyang Blast Group provided 640,000 tons of cracked gas compressors for Maoming Petrochemical's million-ton ethylene plant. Previously, China's cracking gas compressors were only localized on some “medium-lightweight†devices, such as 240,000 tpa/year ethylene units and 360,000 t/y ethylene units, and 600,000 tpa/year ethylene units. The field has always been blank.
This set of turbines integrates a number of advanced unit technologies into one, which was independently developed and has an international advanced level, paving the way for future acquisition of a million-ton-class large ethylene unit project.
Three years later, Maoming Petrochemicals issued a transcript: Heart equipment such as 640,000-ton cracking gas compressors achieved stable operation over a long period of time. In 2009, ethylene production reached 1.06 million tons, becoming China's first actual annual output exceeding one million tons. The large ethylene enterprises achieved a profit of 3.65 billion yuan in the year and an average daily profit of 10 million yuan. The cumulative profits realized in the three years since its start-up reached nearly 7 billion yuan, equivalent to the total investment of one million tons of ethylene renovation and expansion projects.
