The reporter noted in Zhouqu that the office building and family property building of the State Taxation Bureau of Zhouqu County was flooded to the 2nd floor. There are many buildings below the National Taxation Bureau of Zhouqu County that are immersed in water.

After learning of the disaster, the Gansu Provincial National Taxation Bureau initially allocated 100,000 yuan for emergency relief funds in Gannan. Rescue supplies such as sleeping bags, folding beds, military quilts, and convenience foods were distributed to the affected people. Zhu Junfu, director of the Gansu Provincial Bureau of Taxation, went to the scene to check the disaster situation and assigned the National Tax Bureau of Taonan City, which is near Zhouqu, to send people with urgently needed materials to support the visit.

As a result of the traffic control, the tax collectors of southern Fujian used their shoulders and shoulders to pick up their backpacks. They traveled 15 kilometers on foot and handed over the condolences to the employees of the national tax victims.

The Gansu Provincial State Tax Bureau organized cadres and retired veterans to contribute to the disaster area and raised a total of 87,850 yuan in donations. Gannan's national tax system, while actively carrying out rescue and relief operations, organized staff donations of 44,010 yuan.
