Li Yongwu, president of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, who attended the launching ceremony, pointed out that building a model base for production, research and development in the rubber industry is of great significance for the Chinese rubber industry to speed up the “structural adjustment and transfer methodâ€.
Li Yongwu said that the completion of the demonstration base will not only help accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure, optimize the allocation of resources, and promote industrial agglomeration, but also help bring advantages of scientific research institutions and research talents together, and build technological innovations that integrate enterprises with research and production.
