1000mm cantilever wire stranding machine for the assembly of multi-strand cored wire

 

1) Application:

 

Cantilever wire stranding machine is used to twist multi-core wires such as high-frequency wire, data wire, computer wire and power lines etc.

4). Central taping machine:

1. Type: single-head separable center taping

2. Driven power: 2HP AC brake motor (Siemens) + inverter (Yaskawa)

3. Taping direction: "S"or"Z" stranding direction that can be converted arbitrarily via internal adjustment switch

4. Tape rotary plate: plate diameter: Φ450mm, width: 15mm~30mm; hole diameter: 50mm

5. Applicable material: cotton paper, Mylar tape, aluminum foil

6. Taping distance: adopting motor adjustment (only adjust when the machine is running at a slow speed)

7. Tension adjustment: adjusted outside of the machine, it can be adjusted arbitrarily when running, the tension can be also adjusted separately

8. Taping speed: Max.2000RPM, interlock with single twisting machine

9. Tape-coiling guide rod: Φ16mm hole *460mm length

 

5).Longitudinal Aluminum foil stand:

1. Applicable aluminum foil plate diameterΦ480mm, aluminum foil width: 10mm-35mm, aluminum foil hole diameter: 2"~3"

2. Tension adjustment: adopting belt wheel + flat belt

 

6). Cantilever single twisting machine:

1. Application: multi-wire assembly and continuous taping of PVC, PE wires, power wires including filling, control cable, communication cable and coaxial cables etc.

2. Applicable single wire diameter: Φ1.0~8.0mm, stranded diameter: Max.Φ25mm

3. Pitch scope: 30~300mm [electronic gear pitch], traversed distance scope: 3~20mm [PLC data setting], pitch control: differential + AC motor + inverter + decoder + PLC (pitch error within ±0.2mm under steady speed state ), pitch adjustment: input setting value on the touch screen directly, automatic tracking the pitch after the pitch is set.

4. Main shaft rotary speed: Max. 750RPM, normal speed 600RPM/min.

5. Coiling iron bobbin size: Φ1000mm (stamping iron bobbin)

6. Wire-distribution eyelet plate layout is 1+6+12+18 equitable distribution, eyelet material: ceramics

7. Bobbin lifting way: adopting 1HP motor + oil-pressure system + button to control lifting bobbin

Traversing method: bearing type, adopting imported rolled ball screw + precise slideway to proceed with traversing, traversed distance power: 1/2HP AC gear motor + inverter; traversed distance control: AC motor + inverter + decoder + PLC (traversed distance error within ±0.05mm under steady speed state)

12. Safety measurements: machine can't start in case of any failure display such as door un-closed well, bobbin loosing, supporting plate positioning etc.

13. Automatically shutdown in case of wire break and bobbin being full

14. Wire-crossing guide pulley groove diameter: Φ150mm (surface shall be coated with ceramics)

Nylon cage Self-aligning ball bearings are one type of Self-aligning Ball Bearing. Include two rows of balls, the ATN nylon cage, the inner ring, and the outer ring with a common concave sphered raceway. Self-aligning Ball Bearing have a sphere raceway in the outer ring and a double raceway in the inner ring. This feature give the bearings their self-aligning property, permitting angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing. Nylon cage self-aligning ball bearings are therefore particularly suitable for applications where misalignment can arise from errors in mounting or from shaft deflection. Double row self-aligning ball bearings are mainly used to carry radial loads and light axial loads, but cann't carry pure axial loads.

Mainly bear radial load, and can bear smaller axial load. Axis (shell) axial displacement limit in the clearance limits, the heart performance is automatically adjusted, normal work allows the inner and outer relatively small tilt conditions, suitable for bearing hole can not strictly ensure the concentricity.
