According to the announcement, the two parties will implement the distribution and industrialization of Futian products globally through the use of China’s Zhongcai joint venture company as the operation center of the global cooperation of the two parties. According to Daimler's "Letter of Intent for Cooperation" disclosed by Foton Motor on August 7 last year, each party holds 50% of the equity interest in China's medium-heavy-card joint ventures, Daimler will use cash as its capital contribution, and Foton Motors After appraising all of its Auman-related medium- and heavy-duty trucks, it will invest in the China Zhongka Joint Venture. The joint venture company will use the Auman truck brand of Foton Motor as a platform to pursue the development of the international low-end commercial vehicle market.
According to the letter of intent signed by both parties, the two parties will first cooperate in China on Fukuda's medium and heavy trucks, and then gradually implement the distribution and industrialization of Futian medium and heavy trucks products in the world.
