Combined process of pyrite cinder

A federated process is a complementary process consisting of a single process. For pyrite cinder, the commonly used combined processes are weak magnetic-strong magnetic, magnetic separation-re-election, re-election-magnetic separation, magnetic separation-reverse flotation, and the like.

It can be seen from the mineralogy and ore selectivity of the mineral that the mineral is suitable for magnetic separation and re-election in the process of selecting iron concentrate. Flotation and chemical beneficiation methods can be considered in the process of impurity removal and separation.

After the pre-treatment of the slag, a separate magnetic separation and re-election test is first performed. It can be seen from Table 1 and Table 2 that the magnetic separation treatment of the slag has a grade of 58.70% and a recovery rate of 78.24%. The trial shaker and spiral chute re-election can reach 64.50%, but the recovery rate is only 24.67%. . It can be seen that it is difficult to achieve a better selection index by separate magnetic separation or re-election experiments, and it is possible to comprehensively consider the joint process flow. After preliminary exploratory test results analysis and analysis and comparison of each single process, the process shown in Figure 1 was determined as the original test process.
