There are some reasons for the slow rise of the lift: the return oil path is not smooth, the frictional resistance of the lift cylinder is too large; the lift cylinder limit valve is not tightly closed, the lifting cylinder seal is not tightly sealed, resulting in oil Inadequate pressure; the efficiency of the gear pump is reduced, the fuel tank volume is insufficient, and the gear pump fails to reach the specified oil discharge volume; the pipeline is seriously blocked or leaking.
4. The car cannot be lowered after being lifted. The reasons for this situation are the following: one is that the distribution valve slide lever is not in place; the piston rod has been bent and deformed; sometimes the motion of the lift tipping mechanism is contaminated due to sundries, and there may be a delay in the use of a long time. Death phenomenon; improper operation, lifting is too large, the angle exceeds the design maximum lifting angle, there is institutional dead point.
5. Insufficient lifting or lifting of the car is not smooth. The occurrence of such failure is generally nothing more than two kinds of situations: First, the lack of oil, and second, the oil into the air. When the amount of oil is insufficient, the hydraulic pressure cannot be reached, the car cannot be lifted to the maximum angle, and the rise is not smooth.
6. The lift of the carriage cannot stop at any position or drop by itself after the carriage is lifted. Lifting the car can not stop at any position, mostly dirty oil, so that the check valve is not strict, or the distribution valve, return valve is not strictly sealed; the reason for the self-fall after the carriage lifted: check valve stuck; Lifting cylinder seal is poorly sealed; distribution valve is stuck and not fully seated; piping is leaking.
