 We produce biomass pellet production line machines such as wood debarking machine , wood logs splitter, wood chipper, hammer mill crusher, straw bale crusher, grass cutter, dryer and cooler, pellet machine and briquette machine, various mixer,  screener, biomass pellet stove, pellet packing machines and all conveyors e. c. t.  

The Flow chart include a few sections: 

1). Crusher    (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);       

2). Dryer    (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 10% - 15%)     

3). Pellet mill    (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 2 - 30mm, up to you)       

4). Cooling machine    (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);      

5). Sieving machine    (to remove the dusts and broken pellets)      

6). Packing machine    (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).

Characteristics of wood pellet machine

(1) vertical die, feeding vertically. No arching of raw material, easy for heating dissipation.

(2) die is fixed, the rollers rotates. Materials centrifugal, evenly distributed around.

(3) Double-layer dies, up and down dual-use, high capacity, saving energy.

(5) Independent and frequency changeable cutting device, ensure formation rate of pellets.

spare parts oil automatically---- such as rollers, vertical shaft ,gears, bearings ,
but other common supplier pellet machine needs to add oil each four working hours,

Please clear up iron from the mixed cables, infeed according to the crusher `s capacity.The crusher will chop the scrap wires into granules.

if any abnormal noise,please stop and open the crusher , inspecting or changing screen,if any part run hot,please stop it and inspect.

Matters needing attention:

*Please inspect all the plants before working and after working, inspect whether the belts/nuts to become loosened or disengaged,add lubricating oil to bearing block.
*please wear mask, gloves on working time.
*Never put your hands into the shield when the machine working,keep child away from the machine.
