Jinduicheng Molybdenum Ore Dressing Plant (1)

The plant designed in 1958 by the Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgy Design Research Institute, the total size of three processing plant is 22100t / d. One of the plants was 500t/d, the second plant was 6600t/d, and the third plant was 15000t/d.
(1) Ore nature: The ore body treated by the mine is located in the granite porphyry and its contact with the Anshan porphyrite, forming a fine vein-dyed molybdenum deposit with large scale, simple shape, stable shape and stable grade.
There is no obvious boundary between the ore body and the surrounding rock, and the two have a gradual relationship. The northwestern end is cut by the Yanmen concave fault, and the boundary is obvious. The upper plate of the fault is the ore body and the lower plate is the surrounding rock. The ore molybdenum grade is rich in the middle and gradually becomes poorer on both sides. The companion beneficial components are copper , sulfur, etc., and the average grades are: Mo 0.098%, Cu 0.028%, and S(FeS 2 ) 2.813%. The ore types are mainly shale -bearing Anshan shale and biotite Huaan'an shale, accounting for more than 70%, granite porphyry accounting for 20%, and 3% quartzite and tuff slate . Ore mineral composition: metal minerals include molybdenite, molybdenum China, pyrite, limonite, followed chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite, magnetite, hematite help. Non-metallic minerals are mainly feldspar , quartz , sericite, muscovite, followed by calcite and chlorite.
The ore is mainly sulfide ore, and the oxidized ore only accounts for 1.5% of the total reserves.
Mineral density of 2.7t / m 3, bulk density of 1.6t / m 3, hardness P f = 12 ~ 14.
(2) Process flow: Take Jinduicheng Second Selection Plant as an example, the original design capacity is 5000t/d, the crushing process is three-stage open circuit, and the crushing granularity is broken from 1000mm to 25~0mm.
The crushing granularity of each section is: coarse crushing 1000~250mm, medium crushing 250~70mm, fine crushing 70~25mm.
