The high-silicon aluminum alloy ingot produced not only reduces the burning loss of the raw materials, reduces the production energy consumption, improves the production efficiency, but also stabilizes the product quality, and simultaneously reduces the generation of harmful exhaust gas and other by-products during the processing.
At the appraisal meeting, the expert group listened to the report of the project team leader and reviewed the relevant materials to inspect the site and related products. The experts agreed that: First, the identification information provided by the project is complete and meets the appraisal requirements.
The second is to use the phosphorus-containing rare earth composite modifier to refine and purify the aluminum alloy, and develop a new process for the production of recycled silicon-aluminum alloy ingot (ADC14).
The third is the reclaimed high-silicon aluminum alloy ingot (ADC14) produced by this new process. The product quality is stable and the composition segregation is basically eliminated. The surface of the alloy ingot is smooth, free of bubbles, cracks and surface shrinkage. The fracture grain size is fine. The eutectic silicon has a short rod shape, a small amount of needles, and a uniform distribution; the primary crystal silicon is a small sheet, and the iron phase changes from the original needle shape to a skeleton shape, a pattern, and a uniform distribution. The hardness value reaches 120HBW, the tensile strength reaches 210MPa, and the hardness and strength indexes all meet the JIS standard requirements.
The fourth is to use the new process to produce a multi-batch ADC14 aluminum alloy ingot, the products are provided to BYD, Foxconn and other customers, fully meet the performance requirements, and the customer's use reflects good.
