The reporter was informed by the Erdos City Government of Inner Mongolia that recently, the 20,000 tons/year DME production plant of Inner Mongolia Yigao Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully tested in the Wushenzhao Industrial Park in Ordos City. The production line was the first set in operation in Inner Mongolia. The ether production equipment marks a breakthrough in the production of dimethyl ether products in Inner Mongolia.
According to reports, the technology used by the device is a set of independent production technology developed by the company after the optimization of domestic and foreign dimethyl ether production technology. After more than ten days of stable trial production, high-quality products with low energy consumption and stable quality were produced.
It is understood that the Iraqi high company is the holding company of Inner Mongolia Yihua Group, which invested more than 25 million yuan in 2004 and Japan's Gaohua Co., Ltd. to develop downstream products of methanol, in August 2004 began production of dimethyl ether production test work. At present, the production capacity of dimethyl ether reaches an annual output of 20,000 tons, and it is the first company in Inner Mongolia that has independently developed dimethyl ether technology. The successful operation of the plant laid a solid foundation for the 3 million tons/year coal-made dimethyl ether project of Yihua Group in Wushenqi, Inner Mongolia Mengda New Energy Development Base Co., Ltd., and is also preparing to start construction. The 30,000 tons of dimethyl ether production facility of the Yihua Group's alkali lake test station provided technical support.
