HMD M8 High Precise Variable Pump Injection Molding Machine1, Injection Unit:
Double-cylinder injection cylinder system and the double oblique nozzle cylinder, make sure the injection smooth and stable. Optimized design screw can reach excellent plasticizing and effect. PID temperature control with high precision electronic ruler computer controller, regulate motions of injection, pressure keeping, smelting and backpressure to ensure the quality of products and continuity of production. 2, Molding Locking Unit:
Newly designed clamping unit, Rigid cast platen-box design, with Finite Element Analysis designed optimized moving platen ensures minimum deflection for maximum control and toggle linkage durability, making the clamping unit with the merits of high speed, stable and rigid. M8 is standard with T-Slot, it is more convenient for installation and removal of mold.
3, Molding Adjusting Unit:
The auto molding adjusting device driven by hydraulic motor adopts gear coupling drive, features steadiness, fast and high efficiency, and save mold loading time.
4, Hydraulic Unit:
High efficient energy-saving and high precision proportional pressure & flow variable displacement pump system makes the hydraulic output power always matches the required power of the machine, without extra energy lost via the overflow valve. Compared with fixed displacement pump, it can save energy by 30%-60%. Motor with same power can adopt oil pump with large output volume, which makes machine speed up. Beside, low temperature of oil can extend the life of sealing elements. Equipped with imported high-efficiency oil filter device, can extend the normal life of hydraulic oil and ensure the normal operation of hydraulic system. And buffer device is used in mold opening and clamping oil circuit to ensure the steady of operation. Adopt differential mold clamping operation to improve production efficiency.

Quick- response:
M8 series is using the variable pump hydraulic system, with the same power electric motor, the variable pump can use larger displacement than fixed pump, and the response speed 10% faster than fixed pump.
