Good prospects for dehydrated food

Dehydrated vegetables are an emerging green food in the world. It uses non-environmentally friendly vegetables and uses freeze-drying technology to instantaneously dehydrate (dehydration rate 96% to 97%), maintains the structure, color, and nutrient content of fresh vegetables and fruits, and has strong rehydration, and can be rehydrated in a short time. In its original state, it has the characteristics of storage-resistant, portable, edible and sanitary.

At present, China's freeze-dried food enterprises have already had considerable strength and have developed more than 20 varieties such as garlic slices, green and red peppers, onion rings, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, apple slices, spinach, cabbage, and cabbage. Half of the products are in short supply. Although China's freeze-dried food industry is still in its early stages of development, its output is still very low. Because the international market is in short supply of freeze-dried food, there have been scenes where foreign companies have come to China to purchase.

The output of freeze-dried foods in China is far from meeting the needs of ingredients for instant noodles. Consumers are increasingly demanding not only convenient foods, but also instant soups, powdered vegetables, granular vegetables, instant beverages, and health care products that have risen abroad. In the domestic market, there is already a large demand for certain freeze-dried foods, and the demand for international freeze-dried foods has also begun to shift to China, inevitably driving the rapid development of the Chinese freeze-dried food market. Freeze-dried foods have high technical content, good quality, and sales volume will increase year by year.

Freeze-dried foods have been recognized as high-grade dehydrated foods by consumers at home and abroad, and are widely used in various fields of the food industry.
