If the stock ratio is less, the amount will be less. The most important thing is how to make the "cakes" bigger and put each one. The gold content of the stock has increased, so that the two sides will benefit more.
In this way, FAW agreed to sell the equity in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the public, let the joint venture develop better, and look at the longer-term interests of the company.
