It is well known that drying equipment is produced in one piece and in one piece. Each device has a certain amount of intellectual investment, and mental work is accompanied by the whole process of drying equipment manufacturing. However, in the economic negotiation with manufacturers, there is almost no technical content in the price of equipment, which means that the drying equipment is completely equivalent to general general equipment. However, the risk borne by dryer equipment manufacturers is much greater than other equipment. Without the economical accumulation of drying equipment manufacturers, there will be no technological development costs. 3 Drying of viscous drugs Some drugs, such as herbal extracts, have a certain viscosity before drying. Some drugs show a certain degree of stickiness during the drying process. We deal with this kind of drug more difficult, and there is no mature technology so far. The treatment of such drugs can only rely on imported equipment.

The reliability of the parameters given in the specifications of many domestic manufacturers is not high, and the equipment specifications are too rough and incomplete, which increases the difficulty of user selection. Another reason for the backwardness in the level of equipment is that the level of control and the level of mechatronics are not high. 9 The gap in design philosophy
The design of domestically-made drying equipment only considers the completion of this indicator, and foreign countries have already introduced humanized design ideas when designing equipment. The so-called humanized design is people-oriented, responsible for the user, from the perspective of the user to design the device. It can be noticed that every detail of the equipment is determined after careful consideration. Problems that may arise during the operation are evenly taken into account and structurally reflected by the designer. The operating position, observation hole, cleaning hole, cleaning method, inspection method, special tools, etc. are determined after repeated scrutiny, and are considered by the operator everywhere, so that the operator has no worries. In contrast, when we designed this idea was a little weak, the humanized design concept was not obvious, and the overall structure of the equipment was slightly rough. After solving the basic technology, the design idea should also pursue a higher level, and each structure of the equipment should be carved out. This kind of humanized design concept and aesthetic design point of view really deserve our study.

The above mentioned are all deficiencies in the design and manufacture of domestic drying equipment. However, it is not our country's drying equipment that is useless. Many drying experts are constantly working hard and exploring. We have to acknowledge the gap in the overall level.
