Application:
PTK/PTM series actuators can run continuously in multiple turns, they can be connected directly with the valves, such as gate valves, globe valves. The maximum output torque is 3500N.M.

2.Non-intrusive design, without opening the electric box cover, debugging and parameter setting can be carried out.
3.Double seal and double protective structure, completely waterproof and dust-proof, the protection grade is IP68 ( 3 meter for 48 hours).
4.Explosion-proof grade can up to Ex d IIC T6.
5.Terminal Connection, the connection scheme adopts two ways for customer to choose, plug connection and sunflower disk form.
6.Housing, cast aluminum housing powder-coated for extreme environments. Optional coatings are available. High strength Ductile Iron used in large torque Box.
7.Worm and worm gear, Long-life gear set consists of hardened alloy steel worm and bronze worm gear. It is completely bearing-supported.
8.Stem nut, High-strength bronze alloy stem nut is removable for machining to suit the valve stem.
9.Declutch lever enables the actuator to be placed in manual, handwheel drive operation. Lever automatically disengages when motor is energized and can be padlocked in the motor position.
10.A variety of mounting types with valve and valve stem.
11.Painting, using three layer for protection, can be applied in severe corrosive environments.
