Air compressor core system function analysis

The air compressor automatic fire protection system is incompletely interlocked. The alarm system installed in the light hydrocarbon installation area is not interlocked with the fire detection control system of the central control room. The interlocking of the components of the fire station system of the joint station and the on-site production cannot be confirmed, the flammable gas detector probe is aging, and the butterfly system of the fire protection system is seriously corroded. The operating parameters of large units are not monitored enough. The raw material gas compressor and engine, as well as the gas lift compressor group, all have problems of incomplete operation detection and control of the unit, and some key parameters do not have the function of signal remote transmission, and the linkage of each unit cannot be realized. There are safety hazards in the operation of large units.

Security patrol system monitoring points are incomplete. There is no patrol system that supervises the inspection, and the TV monitoring at key points is incomplete. At present, only 5 camera monitoring points have been installed in the joint station, which cannot monitor all key equipment and key process points, especially in the oil zone two-phase separator, three-phase separator, light hydrocarbon feed gas compressor area, The oil well of the station outside the station cannot realize video surveillance. Real-time production data cannot be transmitted remotely and calls for single-well automation, oil-water zones, and light hydrocarbon plant production. Real-time data cannot be called in a local area network or an off-site internet network. It is impossible for relevant departments and personnel to understand the actual production situation on the spot in a timely and comprehensive manner, which is inconvenient for management and decision-making. The hardware is backward, the aging serious core system (DCS system) is a product launched in 1987. The performance of each node of the TDC3000 system is equivalent to 386 computer; the RTU is equivalent to 186 computer, the storage capacity is low, and the running speed is slow. After the hilly automatic control system was running smoothly for 7 years, some components were seriously deteriorated, and the failure rate of the US operation station increased year by year, and some spare parts had nowhere to buy.
